iOS apps I ship solo.

Small, opinionated iPhone apps designed, built, and released by one person — from a movie club that’s live on the App Store to a set of sound instruments and tools still finding their way there. Each one is a place to chase a single idea as far as it will go.

MOVIE CLUB

Reelay

iOS · Social · Film · 2026 · Live on the App Store

A movie club for your group. Round-robin picks decide who chooses next; ratings and notes stay hidden until everyone has watched, then reveal with a little ceremony. Streaming deep-links jump you straight to wherever a film is playing, and every movie night becomes a scrapbook with emergent stats like the “Most Controversial Pick.” SwiftUI + Supabase — shipped, live, and on its third release.

TD · 4 TAPES
LOOPS THAT DECAY

Tape Death

iOS · Sound · 2026 · In review · App Store

A four-tape loop instrument for iPhone, inspired by Basinski’s Disintegration Loops. Record and overdub onto four independent tapes, then let decay become the instrument — loops wear, drop out, and drift out of phase on their own free-running clocks until they fade to silence. Real-time C++ tape physics under a SwiftUI surface where every control is a drag between two words.

FIELD RECORDER

Aural

iOS · Field Recording · 2026 · Prepping for release

A professional field recorder for iPhone: studio-quality capture up to 96 kHz / 24-bit WAV, a pre-roll buffer that keeps the 30 seconds before you hit record, automatic geotagging with a map view, and live waveform plus spectrum analysis. Built for sound designers, sample collectors, and anyone chasing a moment before it’s gone — everything on-device, no account.
